My role
I joined Skin.Club team three years ago in September 2019 and SMM & Community Manager but after some time my working focus was expanded and I started working with different topics of activities.
On this page, I want to stream all that I do as a Content Manager on Skin.Club.
The primary topics are:
- leading pages production
- email marketing
- video ads production
From idea
To the final result

It’s a good example of the creation process. On the first screen, you can see my own concept of a landing page which I made in Figma and Photoshop. The second one is a result of the contractor’s work.
Here is the main process that I use in each of my ordering. I always make visual briefs with references and my own mockup that will help the contractor to understand what I want to get in the results.
Detailed text description + pics references + mockup = my own formula for success.

Made for: New users onboarding

and email marketing
One more visualization of my own way of developing and producing the new content: making good, detailed, and visually understanding the concept.
It’s what I love to do and where I can use my own skills and art education.
In Skin.Club I worked on Landing pages for special offers like Black Friday and regular events. Some LP was created by me in full but in general, we worked in cooperation with contractors: designers and coders.
Also, I worked with email marketing for the onboarding and retention of users. Here are some examples of done emails.

from the concept
to thousands of views
The onboarding of new users is an important part of all project activities. In games, we often see tutorials and in-game guides about interface, features, and gameplay. How to play, how to build something, or how to refill balance, yep.
But not only games need it. Web services & products need it too. It’s a good way to help users learn more about the project, explore it for themselves and take a decision to stay and continue to use it.
Unfortunately, not all projects can provide an onboarding process via in-product mode and for this one, emails are a good option.
Regular emails are always a good thing. It helps to provide new offers, inform users about updates, and much more. The target emails are not only about the user’s birthday and anniversary celebrations. It’s about onboarding too: I think it’s a good tone to share with new users how they can interact with the project in a few first weeks.

News part of my activity – Video Production for bloggers’ prerolls
The process in main points is similar to landing pages and email production. I write briefs, collect references and make scenes sketches that will help contractors to provide the best variant of the final result.
And much discussion, revision, feedback sessions…
The more complex video is than more time he needs for all production steps.

+ a few NDA videos that I can’t show 🙁
